Kaion Ratifies the charter of the GUM.

On 11/28/2018 Prime Minister Isaac E has ratified the charter of the GUM an Intermicronational Organisation. The charter was ratified because of Kaion's intentions to join the GUM. "Kaion has interests in joining the GUM back in the summer, but we waited so we can improve and now I think kaion is ready" Prime Minister Isaac E

Kaions application to join will be voted on the next Quorum which will either take place on 1st or 2nd of December.
